Bird Nest At Sheikh Zayed

I paid Birdnest for a sea view chalet at Fouka Bay, but when I arrived, they gave me a completely different unit. That’s not what I booked or paid for, and it was unacceptable. When I tried to get help, I couldn’t reach anyone. I contacted the call center several times and also tried Mr. Abdullah and Mr. Omar from the operations team, but got no response. There was no support or accountability from Birdnest, and the lack of communication and customer service was incredibly frustrating. This has completely eroded my trust in Birdnest. I’d strongly caution anyone booking through them, especially for an important, expensive vacation stay. You may not get what you paid for, and if something goes wrong, don’t expect help.
