The low season meant the hotel was quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. We were looking for peace and quiet, and although some reviews said it was far from town, that wasn’t an issue for us with a driver. It didn’t feel that far, since Siwa isn’t very big. The staff, including the cleaning team, were all kind and friendly. Our room was clean and well maintained compared with other places we stayed during our trip around Egypt, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. One of our best stays in Egypt so far. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a delicious cake, with his name written on it. We didn’t expect it, and that kind of attention and customer service is exactly what you want from a hotel. It was a perfect stay, and we’ll definitely book again. A pool or jacuzzi would make the relaxing experience even better.

The staff made me feel completely at home. Every person was kind, welcoming, attentive, and sincere, and they took care of anything I needed. That warmth and generosity made my stay unforgettable, and I’ll miss everyone I met here. Azad Hotel gets a full 10 out of 10 from me, and I’d love to return one day. The hotel is a peaceful haven just outside the main town, set among beautiful gardens. It’s quiet and serene, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, with a calm, respectful atmosphere that made it easy to rest and recharge.

Mohamed, the manager at Siwa Sunrise, went out of his way to look after me. He helped get my backpack fixed and organized my vegan breakfast, excursions, and transfers. The property is beautiful and peaceful, and I had an excellent four-night stay.

The location is handy for the Salt Lakes, hot springs, and downtown, and I had an amazing time in Siwa largely thanks to this hotel. It’s the best affordable option in town, with clean, modern rooms and top-notch service. The staff are very friendly and always there to handle my requests.
