Siwa Paradise

A garden full of greenery gives the hotel a natural, peaceful feel, and it’s a lovely place to relax after exploring nearby attractions. The staff are attentive and friendly, with a warm welcome that helps you feel at home. There are basic amenities for a comfortable stay, but this isn’t a luxury hotel. For travelers wanting a cozy, authentic experience and a chance to enjoy Siwa’s nature and culture, its charm and location make it a good fit.

The staff were polite, and that was the one good part for me. The rooms weren't clean, the showers were old, and there were mosquitoes and possibly other insects in the bed. Some rooms share a balcony, which affects privacy, and breakfast was below average. I don't see how this could be rated three stars.

Swimming in the hotel’s natural spring, with palm trees behind it and just seconds from the room, was legendary and unforgettable. The hotel is also right by the Souk (Market), making it easy to get around and set off on daily trips. In February 2024, my friend and I booked two single rooms with air-conditioning, and I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and ready before official check-in. The AC looked old but worked as expected. The whole staff provided amazing service, sharing helpful information and caring about making our Siwa trip the best it could be. Doing the safari trip with Mr Khaled is a must do experience. Big thanks to Mr Mohamed Nabil for being so welcoming and helpful. This definitely won’t be my last visit.

The food was okay, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms need a complete makeover, though. Siwa is a primitive and wonderful place, so keep your expectations lower and enjoy it.
