We had a really good stay and are already thinking about coming back next year. The pools were great, including a separate little one for small children. It was amusing watching people rush for sunbeds at 10am, since there were plenty left throughout the day. Our apartment was clean and roomy, and the staff were polite and helpful. We went all inclusive, and the food was excellent quality with lots of choice. It wasn't fine dining, if that's what you're after, but there was plenty to eat and every meal apart from breakfast was different.

We spent a full seven days here as a family, with four adults and four kids, and loved every minute. The children went to the pool every day, had loads of fun, and helped us find our way around the hotel. Fresh fruit was lovely, and they especially liked the hot chocolate at breakfast. We enjoyed the food too, though some of us found it a bit oily. Our rooms were kept nice and clean, and we got clean towels every day. The bathrooms had free things like combs and soap. The people were always smiling and helpful. We did find at least two roaches a day despite what we tried, which became a bit of an adventure; we even spotted a small gecko on the wall, and let it back outside without any trouble. Anyway, I'd recommend the hotel to everyone. Hope you all have a nice day or night.

We'd stay here again if we return to Tenerife. The beach is about a 10 minute walk down one road, and there are shops and outlets right next door and across the road. For Siam Park, a free bus stops just across from the hotel, so getting there is easy. Our little one had a lot of fun in the children's splash pool, especially on the slides. The larger pool has loads of room for swimmers at different levels, with a very gradual walk-in shallow end. Both pools were well kept and had lifeguards on hand. The restaurant team kept things running smoothly. We were greeted and shown to a table, a highchair was sorted right away when needed, and plates were cleared while we went back to the buffet. The food was fresh, full of flavour and well replenished by the kitchen staff. The rooms were spacious and cosy, and housekeeping made sure they were fresh when we returned later in the day. Reception were also friendly and helpful, always trying to sort out any problem and send us off smiling. It's a fantastic hotel, exactly what we wanted, and the staff made the stay even better.

We've visited four to five times in three years, and very little has changed apart from the higher prices. We like the place and keep coming back, but don't expect too much. Entertainment is limited, and there's no Wi-Fi except in the room. I've raised that with different staff on every visit and got nowhere. The Sunday menu is worse than the weekday menus. Pool decks get claimed early, and by 10:15 the sunbeds are all taken for the day. It's a real pity. Might be worth checking somewhere else.
