Everyone made us feel welcome and looked after, and the whole hotel was kept so clean. We loved our stay from start to finish. Breakfast had loads of choice and the food was excellent. The service and staff were outstanding, so we’ve already booked to come back in September. Thanks for taking such good care of us!

Costa Adeje worked really well for us, with shops, restaurants, and the beach nearby while the hotel itself stayed peaceful. We had a fantastic time at GF Victoria and would happily return, though the price and dinner buffet were the main drawbacks. The pools and activities were a big hit: there are several pools, a lovely adults-only rooftop infinity pool, and a water park for children. It suits families while still giving adults places to relax. The suites are generous, comfortable, and feel luxurious, and the modern hotel was spotless throughout. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of fresh, good-quality choices. Dinner was decent, but didn’t always match the rest of the hotel’s standard for a 5-star property.

This is our second stay, after a visit in 2024 that we enjoyed so much we were glad to return. Sadly, this time fell well below what we expected from the GF brand, and I don’t think we’ll come back. I sent the email below to info@GF over a week ago while we were still there and have yet to hear back. That says something about the customer service. The main frustration was the lack of follow-up. Problems can happen in any hotel, but we kept having to chase updates after being told someone would take care of things. A quick acknowledgement, an update now and then, or a genuine apology would have made a real difference. We met several excellent staff members, and I don’t blame one person; it felt like a broader problem with taking ownership of guest concerns and communication between departments. The television issue dragged on. Both sets were out when we arrived, and despite reporting it to Reception, then Guest Relations, and receiving assurances more than once, they were still not working the next morning. I believe Sonia contacted the Technical Team while I was there. Later, Guest Relations told me the system was being replaced across the hotel and that some technical problems had come up. I appreciated the explanation and that she arranged for an engineer to visit while we were out. Even then, both televisions showed a server connectivity error. I worked out that reconnecting the network cable to the set-top box gave it a new IP address and restored service. One remote for the new equipment had no batteries, which made the whole thing almost comical. Other delays added to it. We arrived at about 14:20, though check-in was advertised from 14:00, and were told the room was still being prepared by housekeeping and a technician. We waited around 70 minutes to get in. Our luggage took another 20-plus minutes, and after a few hours at the pool we found the TVs still out of order with no sign anyone had come. I reported the fault again during a courtesy call from Guest Relations later that day and was again told someone would attend. We also asked for extra pillows at about 12:20; they only arrived after I followed up with Reception around 20:30. None of these things alone would have ruined the stay, but together they left us feeling that requests weren’t actively managed once reported.

Breakfast had a huge range, and the staff were so helpful throughout our family stay. Housekeeping did a brilliant job every day and the hotel was spotless. We’ve just got back from a fantastic visit and will definitely return. Thanks so much!
