The only real downside was some inconsiderate guests coming back late, playing music, and dragging furniture over the tiled floors. Reception dealt with it as soon as we reported it. We were a family of three with my parents, and we all had a fantastic holiday. The hotel is a short stroll from the beach, with Mercadona and a shopping plaza across the road, plus another supermarket and a pharmacy opposite. We also enjoyed the walk to Las Americas, with plenty of bars and restaurants along the way. The restaurant had a huge selection all day, every day, something for everyone. Staff cleared tables quickly, and it was exceptionally clean. Entertainment ran from morning to night, and the whole team worked hard. The kids club was a hit with our six-year-old and made her holiday. Our room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were a nice touch that saved suitcase space. We had a great stay from check-in to checkout and will definitely return.

The wristbands have a chip, so getting into the room is easy without carrying a door key. The food was excellent, with something for everyone and different dishes each night. The hotel was great, and the entertainment team were amazing, friendly, and really skilled. Definitely coming back!

We asked to move rooms because of the view, and the staff sorted it without any trouble, which we appreciated. Everyone was polite, helpful, and smiling, and the hotel felt comfortable and cozy. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool, though I didn’t use the pools myself. In the restaurant, we often had to swap plates and cutlery because they weren’t washed properly. That was disappointing, and the meat selection was quite limited. The stay was comfortable thanks to the staff and atmosphere, but cleaner dishes and more variety in the food would improve it.

The only thing we weren’t quite happy with was the air conditioning. It felt a little weak, and the room got very hot while we were getting ready for dinner, though it wasn’t too bad otherwise. We had a great time at the hotel and agreed it was the right choice. It was my first visit to Tenerife and my girlfriend’s fifth. The pool-view room was perfect for us, with lovely views and the option to watch the entertainment from the balcony if you want an early night. The food tasted amazing and there was lots to choose from. The room was cleaned well every day, staff were nice, and when I asked for an iron it arrived straight away. We were welcomed with a drink, too. There were activities throughout the day, like pool volleyball, ping pong, pool table games, shuffle board, and bowls. The lobby bar had live music every night, while the pool bar had nightly music, dancing, karaoke, and other entertainment. The animation team kept a great atmosphere, chatted with guests, and played cards with us. We liked talking with Arda and Valisu. They put a lot of work into the evening shows, rehearsing dances for the Michael Jackson tributes, Grease, and Mama Mia nights. You could tell they care about the entertainment.
