Hotel Ciudad del Sol - Pirula

The common areas felt chaotic, with children playing unsupervised in the lobby while people ate in the restaurant. Parking was poorly organized too, with cars apparently taking up two spaces. The room seemed overpriced for what it offered. The hotel has had a facelift, but still needs more substantial improvements. Poor value for money, and I wouldn't return.

I had a fantastic stay in a single room. It and the towels were spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had everything I needed. Even the liquid soap smelled wonderful and was high quality. The receptionist was incredibly attentive and helpful. I arrived by bike, and although the parking lot was full, the staff quickly found a solution. My sincere congratulations to everyone. I highly recommend staying here next time you're in Ecija.

The hotel has been nicely renovated, and the staff were very friendly. Room 102 had a memory foam mattress and pillows, plus a good-sized bathroom. The 32" TV wasn't interactive. There's also a café/restaurant downstairs with a good menu.

The staff were especially friendly and helpful, and Raquel deserves a special thanks for her kindness. The facilities are new and very clean, with an excellent bed, and the location makes this a great place to stay when visiting Écija. They also let cyclists store their bikes, which is handy on the Vía Verde de la Campiña or Camino de Santiago, for bikepacking as the modern crowd calls it.
