The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we’d stay here again. We come to Tenerife every year and liked it better than Santa Maria. It’s a good base for exploring, with a short stroll to the main town and beach. Michael, the entertainer, works five days a week and the kids seem to love him. He’s always getting people involved. We were all-inclusive but didn’t have dinner. Breakfast was okay, with fresh omelettes and the usual buffet options. Lunch was fine too, with the usual English food to grab. The hotel has everything you need and is in a perfect location. It was fairly clean, though the rooms could use more dusting and sweeping. The beds and pillows were fairly comfortable. We never had trouble finding a sun lounger, though they were very uncomfortable. The pool was quite cold at first, then warmed up as the weather improved. I imagine it’d be a great temperature to cool off in peak season. We didn’t have Wi-Fi for most of the stay, though it was available around the pool for the last two days. Our biggest issue was room 116: the shower turned cold after five minutes and didn’t seem to warm up even after leaving it. Reception said the boiler was small. Air conditioning in the rooms would also be welcome in the heat of summer.

The food had enough variety for everyone to find something they liked, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well kept. Housekeeping every other day worked perfectly for us. I’d give the stay 4.5 out of 5, and we really enjoyed it overall. The woman who made omelettes put such care into them every time, which made breakfast special. The woman preparing the daily snacks also helped set a welcoming tone with her smile. We appreciated the larger cups for drinks, too. A few small things could improve the stay: basic kitchen supplies like a sponge and washing-up liquid, another heated pool especially for children, and more outdoor activities. We’d happily come back.

This was our second stay, and we love the hotel and its incredible staff. The rooms have been upgraded and look lovely and modern, and the staff keep everything clean. The pool facilities are excellent. Maria Antonieta at the Pool Bar is the best bar lady ever, so friendly, brilliant at making drinks, always smiling, and happy to stop for a chat. Our first visit last year had no faults, but this time dinner was a little disappointing because there weren’t many options. Breakfast and lunch are always incredible, though. We absolutely love staying here and definitely recommend the all-inclusive package.

We were pleasantly surprised after worrying about some reviews. The room was large, modern, clean, and had ceiling fans. The pool and the rest of the hotel were clean, and the food and drinks we had were fine. Staff, from receptionists to cleaners to bartenders, were polite and welcoming. There was easy space around the pool, and we got late checkout, which was a bonus. It’s a short walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants right by the hotel. The landscaped gardens were nice, and from our second-floor room we could just about see the sea. It’s a budget hotel, but that didn’t make it terrible, and we’d stay here again. The one annoyance was that the restaurant is on the small side, so it fills quickly. You can take your food outside to the tables, though. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but some of the people staying there had no manners. Some rooms must have been booked by people who were equally miserable and rude. Still, we had a great experience.
