We arrived on December 17 and had booked until December 27, but this was a terrible experience. My husband and I were left outside from 8:45 until 10:15 with no keys, and nobody came to let us in. I was told I should have arrived by 7:15, so we had to book another apartment for the night. When I went back at noon the next day, I was told my holiday had been cancelled. We got no refund at all and, in our 70s, had to find another apartment for the rest of the trip. Luckily we found one. Later I saw this place advertised even though we had already paid and booked through booked.com, which was no help. This all happened because we weren’t there by 7:15. They got over 1000 out of my money, and now I’m down that amount. They gained from me twice, basically. It wasn’t fair at all and spoiled my whole Christmas. Never again would I book with these people.

Right in the heart of costa adeje, this is a great apartment with lovely pools and surroundings. There’s a great cafe bar on site too.

The pool was fantastic, and the facilities were well kept. It’s close to everything, with the beach only minutes away. I booked at 1500 for an unplanned, last-minute three-day stay, and the staff met me with the keys at 1600. They were really accommodating and helpful. The one-bed studio was lovely and had everything I needed to cater for myself.

There’s a mix of residents and holidaymakers, and everyone was respectful and tidy. Pets are welcome, though not around the pool. The complex is clean, with men cleaning the pool and surrounding areas every morning. The pool bar is lovely, and breakfast is great value at 3.50 euro. It’s a fabulous complex for the price, and the staff are lovely too. We had a nice new apartment with air con, though some apartments look tired, so check the photos because they’re all different. Most of phase 3 isn’t wheelchair accessible, while phase 1 & 2 seem mostly accessible.
