The ocean view is beautiful and the place is nice. The room was well equipped and clean, and fine for a short stay, though nothing fancy. The deposit was charged at the last minute, two days before arrival, and the balcony fencing is dangerously low. I’m not sure I’d wholeheartedly recommend it to families.

A very good place to stay. Our fully equipped studio flat was no. 1206 on the 12th floor, with a breathtaking view straight out to the beach. The location was convenient too, just opposite Hard Rock Hotel. Recommended.

We had an amazing time in this apartment, especially for such a good price. It was on the 15th floor, with breathtaking views from two sides. The standard was excellent, the place was extra clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of space for two. Just be careful, breakfast with that view might make you forget to go sightseeing around Tenerife! Definitely worth booking :)

The service was active from the day we booked until we left, and there’s security downstairs. The guard doesn’t speak English, which I don’t mind, but if something really bad happened and you needed help, I’m not sure how you’d explain it. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, from kitchen tools, fridge, pots, pans, plates and cutlery to a washing machine in the bathroom. There were two big TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The balcony was very large, with a table, chairs and drying rack, and separated well from the others for privacy. The mattress was very comfortable. There’s a big parking lot, and the location is good, near a market, restaurants and the beach. The public balcony is magnificent, especially at sunset. Paraiso del Sur also has a pool for guests. The water was clean, and there was plenty of space for our things and to relax. The beach is a minute’s walk away, and buses to nearby beaches, towns and Tenerife South Airport are great. We did have three cockroaches in the bathroom at one point, but it didn’t keep happening. I’d recommend it to friends, and I’ll stay at Paraiso del Sur if I come back to Costa Adeje.

The place looks good, and you can see the sea. It’s quiet and feels safe, with security on site. There’s no parking there, but you can park on the street near the apartment. The security guard only speaks Spanish. Otherwise, it’s good. Go and enjoy 😉
