The apartment wasn’t the one we’d booked, and it had fewer beds than promised. We’d reserved 1 Double bed and three single beds, but found only two small beds. When we complained, the owner offered a completely different apartment, which I paid a higher price for. Getting in was a problem too. After a long flight, I was left waiting on the road with three children because no one was there and the fence was closed. I tried calling the owner, but the phone was disconnected. Only after I contacted customer service did the owner deign to show up, and there wasn’t even an apology. They still haven’t replied to my booking.com messages or confirmed I stayed in a different apartment and paid a different price, so I can get the price difference back.

Right in the heart of costa adeje, these privately rented apartments in the Acapulco apartment block are in a brilliant spot. Restaurants and supermarkets are all within 50 metres. The apartments we stay in are finished to a lovely spec and have everything needed for a brilliant holiday. The pool is well maintained and always quiet, and the balcony has lovely views.

Horrible, I wouldn't recommend it at all. We booked Room 25 for 7 days but had to check out on day 3. There was no water for 2 days. A pipe and heater problem caused a leak that left everything wet and dirty. Two plumbers came but couldn’t fix it. The Italian host Ermanno was unprofessional and didn’t take responsibility, saying it was just BAD LUCK and we’d have to wait 2 days. He didn’t even try to find us somewhere else to stay. When we finally said we wanted to move, he said we weren’t patient enough. What a ridiculous place and host! The apartment was also filthy. I had to clean the tables and other surfaces myself on the first day. The TV was broken, and the host only told us when we arrived. There were no toilet rolls, pillow cover, or shampoo. The host gave us only one toilet for 7 days, lol. The pillows were disgusting and didn’t even have covers. If you have other options, choose somewhere else. We found a much better apartment and are finally happy.

We arrived to find an old, dirty place where everything was broken. It wasn’t clean, so I don’t know how I was supposed to use it. They gave us the wrong key, and we had to wait for the right one. It’s dark and feels really risky to come here.
