Hotel Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur

We’ve been to Vincci Selection La Plantation Del sur three times now, and the hotel has been just as lovely on this visit. Its family atmosphere, great location near the beach and other amenities, and the brilliant children’s club all made for a great holiday. The club staff were enthusiastic and clearly adore the kids. We also spent a day at the water park, which the family loved, and found the spa fabulous and relaxing. The rooms were lovely and the food was amazing. Every staff member was helpful, and Sergio was particularly lovely; our waiter was fantastic too. The hotel even arranged flowers, macaroons, champagne, and balloons for my son and his wife’s wedding anniversary. They made it feel special. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for a family break.

The food was a real highlight. Breakfast had a huge range of fruit, nuts, seeds, and cereal, plus omelets and pancakes made to order, and champagne for anyone wanting a special start to the day. Dinner was buffet style, but with a different theme each night. You could order steak, fish, or burgers cooked for you, and the desserts were made at the hotel. Everything was delicious, and the food quality was truly excellent. We spent two weeks here at the end of May 2026. The weather was hot, with a few cloudier days that felt pleasantly cool. This was our second visit, and both times we chose a villa with a rooftop solarium for its peace and quiet. The hotel feels like a genuine five-star holiday destination, with lovely pools and bars, attractive shared spaces, and friendly staff who are happy to talk with guests. We’ll book again for next year.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the staff made such a difference during our stay that I wanted to mention it. Travelling with my 3-year-old meant plenty of questions and different situations, and the team dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. We were very happy with the service. Monica and Cécilia at the Kids Club were wonderful with the children, and Petra and the reception team were professional, attentive, and helpful. Thank you for making the visit so pleasant. One small suggestion: keeping the Kids Club open until 6 p.m. would help, since many younger children are only able to enjoy it after their nap.

Breakfast and lunch both had generous spreads, with tasty options for everyone. The rooms were clean and well looked after, and I noticed the staff’s care in the little details. Everyone was kind, smiling, easy to approach, and helpful, which made us feel welcome right away and comfortable for the whole stay. We were very happy with the atmosphere and the experience overall. We’d gladly come back and recommend the hotel to anyone after an enjoyable stay. 🥰🥰🥰
