The house was comfortable and had nice views, but there were some major things to improve. I scratched my foot on a loose metal mesh at the entrance. The dishwasher didn't work, and the contact person didn't know how to use it. We left it packed since it was promoted on booking.com. The airco was also supposed to be included, but had been switched off at the main fuse box. There was a German “do not use” sticker, which we ignored. No remote controllers were there, so I used an android phone to turn on the airco.
