I had the shared terrace mostly to myself, since nobody else was using it, and the mountain view just outside my room was amazing. My room was on the building’s top floor, in a very quiet spot near the center of Agaete. The host was really friendly and gave me great recommendations. There’s also a very friendly black cat in the building.

This was our favorite place to stay on the whole Gran Canaria trip. The host was incredibly kind, and we couldn’t have asked for better conditions. The rooms are lovely, with shared areas and a nice terrace, and the bathrooms are stylishly decorated and clean. It all has a dreamlike feel. For us, it’s the loveliest accommodation in Agaete!

Casa Luna is in the lovely village of Agaete, about a three-minute walk from the local bakery and bars. Puerto de las Nieves, with its natural pools, rocky beach, and restaurants serving very fresh fish and seafood, is around 20 minutes away on foot. The house has the character of a traditional Canary Islands property, with high ceilings, stone interiors, lovely furniture, an interior patio, and a terrace. Most of all, Mónica treated us with warmth and kindness throughout our stay. Thanks so much for your hospitality, Mónica. We’ll definitely come back. If you want to enjoy Gran Canaria properly, stay in Agaete, and especially at Casa Luna.

The rooms are basic, but comfortable and perfectly clean. It’s a charming guest house, and the hosts made us feel very welcome. They were friendly and helpful too. I’d happily stay again.
