We spent five days at this gîte for New Year's with a group of people with intellectual disabilities. The house is accessible, and the owners gave us a warm welcome. From its large garden there's a beautiful view over the Basque coast, including Zarautz and Orio, and out to the ocean. We also got to see the farm animals. On New Year's Eve, we watched around ten fireworks displays going off at once in the coastal towns from the gîte's viewpoint. It was a wonderful evening. The owners also shared useful tips about places to visit and parking, and a few local secrets. We highly recommend staying here, and having a chat with them. Thank you so much!

The owner was friendly and helpful, always ready to make sure we had a good stay. The shared house was clean, spacious, and practical, with beautiful views and a fairytale-like setting. She also makes exceptional cheese at home. A really good choice.

It's a cozy place surrounded by forest and greenery, with views of the sea. The area around the house is especially lovely, and the house itself is very nice. A great base for unwinding for a few days and visiting Zumaia, Zarautz, or San Sebastián. The owners were welcoming and looked after us well.

We've stayed here for six years, and the owners are still as lovely, welcoming, and attentive as ever. There's wonderful peace and quiet, open views of Zarautz and Orio, and all kinds of farm animals: sheep, horses, ducks, geese, chickens, and cows. Íñigo and Mari Carmen put in a lot of work all year round. And their sheep's cheese is the best we've ever had.
