Apartamentos El Palacete de Ainsa

The location is perfect, right on Ainsa's main square, and the apartment itself is lovely, cosy and nicely decorated. It was also very clean, and everything seemed new and recently renovated. But the number of broken things made the stay uncomfortable: the toilet cistern didn't work, the bathroom door lock was broken, the wardrobe rail was loose and hangers kept falling, two blind cords were broken so the blinds couldn't be raised, and the clothesline was broken. The bed legs were loose and the bed wobbled, the kitchen tap had very little water pressure, and the doorbell didn't work either. We raised the issues with the receptionist, who also works at the adjacent hotel. We were told the apartments belong to another company, not the hotel. I hope our complaints get passed on.

Jayne was attentive throughout our stay and gave us excellent recommendations. There is parking nearby, and the square has plenty of restaurants where you can eat well or stop for a drink. Our dog felt right at home, and we did too. The apartment was beautiful, modern, comfortable and spotless, with everything we needed. It was already warm when we arrived, which we really appreciated. From every window the views were breathtaking, right in Aínsa's most emblematic spot, the Medieval Square. Aínsa has stolen our hearts, and we'll definitely return to the Palacete de Aínsa. Spectacular! ❤️

They say they're pet-friendly, but they wouldn't let me book because they don't allow two dogs, even though each weighs only 7 kilos. Their policy is one pet only, and only if it's a purebred. Shameful!

A perfect base for visiting the Huesca Pyrenees, with a great location, decor, atmosphere and cleanliness.
