Check-in was a mess and the host was patronizing and rude. He only communicated through WhatsApp and wouldn’t take my call because the office was “closed.” He kept saying I wasn’t following the instructions, even though the information they’d sent was incomplete and misleading. We had somewhere to be and had already spent 45 minutes trying to get the apartment keys when he finally called. He told me I was too “worked up.” If it’s a problem to help outside office hours, they shouldn’t offer a service that becomes a bother. A video explaining the process would be clearer than pictures, or at least they should label each picture so it isn’t confusing.

Spotless, comfortable, spacious, and modern, with everything we needed. The apartment is beautiful and so conveniently located. A really great place to stay, highly recommended. Thank you.
