Vanesa and her mother were both so friendly, and the food was delicious, homemade, and very local. We couldn’t try her tortilla de patatas because she hadn’t made it that day, so Vanesa gave us a bigger room to make up for it. :D The town is beautiful and quiet, with spectacular views. It’s a long way, but the road from Jaca is easy to access. We’d definitely come back. The mattress could be better, and there was no fan, but apart from that, we highly recommend it.

The photos didn’t match what we’d seen on the website. The hotel was cold, and our room was very small and dark, without a table or enough room to feel comfortable. They also seemed a bit pushy about getting us to pay before we’d seen the room and facilities.

The portions were small and the food was very expensive, €44 for two people, with no wine included. The menu is basic and limited. There’s no chef, just serving staff frying things from the freezer, and our bread was still frozen. Desserts were disappointing shop-bought ones, like Vienetta described as Italian ice cream, or cold canned custard with a soggy biscuit on top. Only call in if you’re starving or desperate.
