Duquesa Playa

The location and staff were amazing, and the room was very comfortable. It was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. We were right in the city centre, with several grocery stores close by and the beach nearby too. The blackout curtains and good soundproofing worked well. With the windows closed, we didn’t hear any outside noise. Our stay was great. The pillows and sofa were a little firm, though, and a bit more softness would have made it perfect.

The room was a good size, and the reception was bright, airy, clean and welcoming. The lifts were clean and working properly. I would have liked a welcome pack with a few basic items, but I’d come back.

The rooms are spacious, the staff are helpful and accommodating, and the service and location are excellent. It’s a fantastic aparthotel for the price. It isn’t the newest or fanciest place in Santa Eularia, though. If that’s what you’re after, you could spend a lot on an adults-only hotel like Melia.

We had a really nice stay at Duquesa. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always ready to do what they could for you.
