The location is excellent, with a bus stop just five minutes away, a well stocked supermarket right below, and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Cala'n Porter is a ten minute walk, but the stairs down are long, and coming back up is exhausting, though it's a good workout. There are stairs at the apartment too, so it isn't suitable for people with disabilities. It's an old apartment. The beds were comfortable, but something seemed wrong with them because we came back with allergies. The bathroom is very old and the water smelled strange. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are adequate and cover the basic needs.

We definitely recommend it. The apartment was comfortable and in a quiet area, clean and laid out well. Service was really helpful ;) Supermarkets are nearby, including one right below, and Cala en Porter is an easy walk away. There’s parking outside too.

The rooms felt very small, and it was hard for four of us to coordinate. For the first two or three days, we also had cockroaches, or “cucarachas”! We got rid of them with special sprays from the supermarket down the street. On the plus side, the rooms are above a supermarket and close to all the amenities Cala en Porter has. The location is excellent. For a stay in Menorca, though, I’d suggest Ciutadella as a strategic base, since the most interesting excursions leave from there.

The apartments are large and have four beds. They're fairly clean, but the bathrooms are a bit old, lack bidets, and have a bit of an unpleasant smell. Still, definitely worth a stay.

Good value for money, and the location is close to where they say, though it isn't exactly there. Not sure if they'll fix that. The guy at the bar who gives directions to the apartments gets furious when people ask him. The downside of Cala en Porter is having to walk down to the beach and back up again.
