Casa Kiko

The surroundings are really peaceful, and the house is in a good spot. But for its condition, I found the price a bit steep. It works for sleeping, though the kitchen is poorly equipped: there are few old utensils, and the gas burner markings have worn off so badly you can’t see them. The fridge switched itself off, and we had to keep holding the power button just to keep it on. There are no blinds, the bed is very hard, and the pillows are only so-so. The shower is dark and the drain doesn’t work properly. It also gets very hot inside. It’s a small outbuilding at the back with poor insulation. It needs a renovation and modern furniture and kitchenware, because the current state really lets the house down. I don’t understand its high rating.
