A perfect base for getting to know Madrid. The owner was attentive and ready to help if anything came up, which gave us peace of mind. The apartment is on the ground floor, so we didn’t have to lug our bags up and down stairs. It had a modern style, though it felt like a village house inside an apartment building. It’s in a quiet, ordinary neighborhood on the outskirts, about 20 minutes from the city center, with a direct trip to Sol. We didn’t hear a thing, and local shops had all the essentials. The apartment was brand new, clean, and well equipped for cooking, with a comfortable bed for two and a sofa bed for two as well. If you’re driving, parking right in front or nearby makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. A fantastic place to spend a few days in Madrid.

The apartment was super clean, with thoughtful details, and the manager gave excellent service. It’s in a quiet area, close to the metro and Las Rosas shopping center, where you can get a great early breakfast. Such a shame it was booked and we could only stay one night. We’ll come back if we return to Madrid! Thanks Enrique and company! 🙋♀️🙏 P.S. We recommend Cabify for getting around. It’s direct, fast, has fixed prices, and is very convenient if you’re traveling with more than one person.
