The apartment itself is fine, but the smell of tobacco is horrible. As a non-smoker, I found it pretty unpleasant, honestly. The rest was acceptable.

Parking around there really is chaotic, as many people say. We left the car near Carrefour and explored the city on foot; the main sights and restaurants are all nearby. The apartment is roomy and bright, and having heating was a lifesaver. Our stay was brief but very rewarding, and the host was happy to take our suggestions on board.

Even though the free cancellation period had already ended, they kindly waived the cancellation charges when I had to cancel for a documented illness. I really appreciated the consideration and compassion they showed me. They were wonderful, thank you!

The owner was fantastic, always available and flexible about check-in and check-out times. The beds, sofas, shower, and everything else felt comfortable and new. Clean, modern, and comfortable apartments, a great choice for staying in Albacete.
