The neighborhood is very quiet, with little traffic, and we could find parking. The apartment feels like it was thoughtfully designed by an architect, with plenty of space, a modern look, and very comfortable beds. Both bedrooms have AC. There’s what you need to put together a quick meal, plus free internet and TV channels. We had no trouble with the hot water, and our stay was perfect.
It’s a quiet place outside the center, and parking was easy. The apartment is on the ground floor, near the botanical garden, with a Mercadona supermarket just a few meters away. There’s a capsule coffee machine, hairdryer, smart TV, and Wi-Fi. The sofa bed took a little fiddling to put together, but everything else was fine.
We found ants in the apartment and had to handle them ourselves. The washing machine collects stagnant water and smells bad, and there was even a piece of glass in the shower. The management was rude and dishonest.
The apartment was lovely and spotless, and the service I received was excellent.
Apartamento 1 was a pleasant surprise. The apartments are great!
