We always have a lovely stay at San Marcos Apartments in Sevilla. The host is attentive, the beds are comfortable, and the apartments have kitchens stocked with everything you need. It’s in a perfect spot for enjoying all the city has to offer.

The flat looked tidy, clean, and nicely arranged when we arrived. But after a few nights, my friend and I both had redness and itching across our arms and bodies. After checking and getting advice, apparently we’d been bitten by bedbugs. It seems very likely it happened during our stay. :(

The apartment was spacious for two people, but the room was a nightmare. Mosquitoes were in there on the first night, and I got bitten and couldn’t sleep properly. After the second night, I had more than 30 bedbug bites all over my body. The bed was hard, and there were no proper pillows, just sad little chair cushions with no support. The location was awful too, at least a 30-minute walk from the city centre and main sights. I’d strongly discourage anyone from staying here. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
