We booked directly on their website because it supposedly came with a welcome pack of craft beer and cheese, but there was nothing in the apartment. We were also given a place with no balcony, despite the booking and photos showing one. I messaged them on arrival, since everything is handled through WhatsApp, and got no response to the complaint. They only got back to us to ask when we were checking out. The TV had no signal either. We had a bad experience and won't be coming back, and I wouldn't encourage anyone else to stay. They needn't reply with an excuse now, because I won't be able to respond to it.

We had a terrible experience with this company. They treated us very badly, even though the problems were their responsibility, and were constantly disrespectful. We had booked for almost two months, but they moved us between apartments as many as 3 times. There was some issue with them every week, including bugs, dirt, and appliance problems.

The people managing the property were friendly and helpful, and the apartments were new, clean, and well equipped. Just right for spending a few days in Albacete. We'll definitely come back!
