The room was clean, but the value for money didn't feel right overall. There were serious problems: the bathroom had no ventilation or extractor, so moisture kept building up, with visible damp, cracked and peeling areas on the ceiling. The room was very small, with sloped ceilings that cut down the usable space. The toilet was under the slope, making it difficult to access and impossible to use while standing. The wardrobe was under the sloped section too. There was little light, no proper desk to work at, and poor soundproofing. I could hear both street noise and sounds from the corridors, and the room was cold. The place seemed to have a general maintenance problem. The staff were generally fine, and cleanliness was adequate. I had paid for breakfast, but when the schedule didn't work for me, they offered no picnic or other alternative. The next day, to my surprise, they were serving breakfast earlier, despite having told me that wasn't possible. If you're staying to ski, be careful: on certain dates, access to the slopes gets badly congested. The 15 km drive can take up to two hours. You'll need breakfast before 7:30, or you'll be stuck in traffic. They say parking is available at Vielha's P2, 50 meters away, but that lot can also fill up on busy dates, leaving you to park quite far away.

Everything was clean and perfectly in order, and the location is central. Cristina gave us such a kind welcome, and the people running the place were really friendly. We'll be back.

Cristina at reception was so friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The location is excellent and the price was great for what we got. Definitely recommend it.
