We got to Hotel BS Príncipe Felipe at 5:30 in the morning, exhausted after a concert and a 500 km drive, but the door stayed shut. On the phone, the receptionist said we couldn't check in until after 8:00 because the rooms weren't ready. The listing says there's a 24-hour front desk, so this was a completely misleading and unacceptable surprise. If guests can't check in overnight, that needs to be stated clearly. There was no service, responsibility, or respect for guests here. I don't recommend it.

We were there for two nights as a group, and both the rooms and the service were perfect. An excellent choice for a group stay!

The room and bathroom were dirty, and there was no hot water in the shower. Staff weren't helpful, and the people at both the front desk and room service could barely speak English.

Breakfast was a letdown, with very little to choose from. When we arrived at the restaurant at the time we'd been given, it was nearly over and they hadn't even brought out bread. We were told we should have come earlier, even though the day before they had told us to come later because a tour group was ahead of us. The room was terrible too. The bathroom drain smelled awful as soon as we walked in, and my bed was broken. If you have another option, I wouldn't stay here.

Filthy toilets, no hygiene, and a smell I couldn't stand. This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. The municipality should shut the place down right away. Think twice before booking.
