The rooftop terrace has a stunning view, and the penthouse apartment looks out over the sea. You’re right by the beach, and rental bikes or public transport make it quick to get to Valencia. Service was excellent. The hosts were quick to respond on WhatsApp and always helpful with questions or problems. They cleaned every two days, left fresh towels daily, and had a water dispenser and coffee machine in the common area. Some parts of the apartment could do with updating, but that didn’t affect the overall experience. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.

The room was old and the shower was tiny, and it wasn’t worth the money. Communication was poor, and check-in was strange, with two different entrance doors.

The street noise was awful in our corner room on the first floor. We could hear people talking outside and traffic. The bathroom smell was TERRIBLE!!! There seems to be a problem with the sewerage system, but the cleaning lady just said, “Yes, it is like that,” and did nothing. We booked breakfast, then got word several hours before check-in that the restaurant was closing and they’d leave something in the room instead. What we got was cold sandwiches, some cookies and orange juice, with no coffee or proper hot breakfast. We survived two nights, but I can’t imagine spending a seven-day vacation sleeping in that room and trying to enjoy the holiday. I can’t recommend this accommodation.

The service was excellent, and they cleaned the room perfectly every day. The attic apartment had a beautiful view of the beach and sea. I love this place and highly recommend it.
