Apartamentos Anamar

The layout of the apartment was pretty good, and it’s close to the beach. Upstairs in the bedrooms it got too hot, even with the air conditioning running downstairs. The outside blind was torn, so some sun and rain got through. We asked about repairs or compensation but never got an answer. I’d recommend using the underground parking.

Being so close to the beach is the best thing about these apartments. The rest left a lot to be desired. There are two floors with incredibly steep, uncomfortable stairs, and the cleaning was poor. The parking space wouldn’t even fit a very small car, with no room to maneuver. When it rains, water collects there and sits. Staff service was poor and unprofessional. They treated guests coldly, like numbers, paid no attention to details, and at times came close to being disrespectful. I think they’re too busy and don’t care about their guests at all.

We stayed in the townhouses and had a really lovely time. We loved the location, and the pool right beside the townhouse was almost always empty. The one drawback was having no air conditioning upstairs, which is why I didn’t give it five stars. Everything else was very good.

It’s good that pets are allowed and the beach is nearby, but the place felt too small for six people, including two children. There are only two bedrooms, one bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. There’s nowhere to hang towels, toilet paper, or kitchen towels, and the stairs are quite steep. A few simple additions, like shower gel and holders for towels and toilet paper, would make the accommodation better.
