The location is hard to beat, right in the center and just behind the seafront, with a big supermarket 50 meters away. There’s a pool and you can rent a garage too. The apartment has three bedrooms, three terraces, a roomy living and dining area with air conditioning, and one full bathroom. The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable, though. The furniture is dated, some kitchen items are missing, and there were no towels. The street-facing apartments get a lot of noise from the supermarket loading dock, plus strong smells from the restaurant downstairs. If being central matters most, it works. For comfort, I’d look elsewhere.

The noise was awful, especially in the morning. The apartment is above a bus stop, so sleeping past 7 am was out of the question. The place itself isn’t bad, but it was a terrible stay and I wouldn’t return.

The complex is lovely, but the place looks dated. A facelift would make it feel much more welcoming and attractive.

I’d specifically asked not to be put above a cafe or bar, and they put me directly over a restaurant. I’m really indignant about it.
