Privacy is the main idea here. It's almost a self-service hotel, outside the city and right off the highway. Getting onto the grounds feels very military: an attendant behind bulletproof glass checks your documents, and there's a bank-style tray for handing paperwork back and forth. They give you a garage remote. Drive up to your assigned room, open the door, and park in a very large private garage. From there, you can go straight into your room. Like other reviewers said, the rooms are really nice and very big. There's also a privacy-focused food box beside the entrance, about 50x50cm, or 2x2 feet. Room service puts a meal tray inside from the hallway, and an electronic voice announces when something has been delivered. Then you open the inside door and collect it. I couldn't see any way to lock this access between the box and the room. Someone could potentially peek in by opening both doors, though that seems very unlikely. Hotel staff might want to look into it. If you want a stay where the only person you meet is the attendant at the gate when you arrive or leave, this is the place.
