The rooms were roomy and clean, with big, modern beds that stayed quiet. There's private parking with direct access to the hotel, and the location is great, only a few meters from Alcalá de Guadaíra exit 12B. Service was attentive, quick, and professional, with excellent customer care. A really good choice.

Our room smelled bad, and getting in was a hassle because the key only worked after several tries. The reception setup was really inconvenient. Inside, the bathroom was open, unlike what the Booking.com photos showed. There was no soap in the shower, and the sink was basically soapy water. It was a joke.

Worst hostel stay I've ever had. It felt like a haunted house, with damp, crumbling walls and a horrible smell. The bathrooms were in awful shape. Wouldn't recommend it!
