The quiet and those nighttime views from the jacuzzi made our three nights at Dulcinea feel wonderfully relaxing. The bed was spacious and comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the bathroom was good. We also appreciated the clean rooms, heating, fireplace with firewood provided, and kitchen stocked with useful basics like capsules, oil, sugar, and salt. There’s a lot to like here, easily a 10 out of 10 for us. A few maintenance things could use attention. The TV connection kept cutting out, and the outlets and lights are faulty. The jacuzzi leaked on the first night, but they kindly fixed it that same day. For a longer stay, wardrobes or a dresser in the bedroom and shelves or drawers in the bathroom would help. These are suggestions, not complaints. It really is amazing, and we’ll be back when we can get a weekend.

The hostess was lovely and helped us with restaurant tips, sights to see, and our reservations before and during the stay. We booked the "Twin" suite after browsing the options on the website, and it looked just like the video when she opened the door. We were delighted with it. The balcony barbecue and the view from the jacuzzi are what made us choose Moradas del Cerro over other Alcalá del Júcar suites with a jacuzzi and fireplace, and we were happy with that choice. The suite was spotless, with a large jacuzzi in front of a big window and incredible views. The barbecue had everything we needed, though the charcoal we had didn’t burn well and took ages to get going. We weren’t in a rush, so it was fine. The weather was so nice that we didn’t use the fireplace, but it would’ve been great to have. The bathroom had a hairdryer, washing machine, and iron, plus soap and shampoo. The kitchen was set up for a few days, with a microwave, grill, capsule coffee machine, stove, and utensils. The 135 cm double bed was comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend and would definitely stay again.

We came back after 3 years and had another incredible stay. The best thing is the location, away from Alcalá’s noise and party scene. 100% recommended.

The room’s jacuzzi is right by the window, so you can look out over the whole town. The view is magnificent in the daytime and breathtaking once the lights come on at night. There’s also a fully equipped barbecue on the balcony, and the fireplace must be a real treat in winter. The place is welcoming and has a kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, induction hob, hairdryer, iron, and even a washing machine. The hosts were warm and friendly. My wife and I will definitely be back.
