We asked about parking and it was excellent. The room was immaculate, roomy, and quiet, right by where you need to be. Though it's rated one star, it was at least as comfortable as any four- or five-star place we've stayed in. The location is great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We've told everyone we know to stop here overnight or longer if they're passing through. This is how you make a clean, comfortable place to stay. Thank you.

We really enjoyed the two nights in our suite, with its terrace and furniture where we could sit and take in the fabulous view of the old town, church, and castle. It looked lovely in daylight and amazing once it was lit up at night. There was a small cooler fridge in the room, handy for drinks and snacks, and the welcome at check-in was very pleasant. The hotel has a lift. Breakfast was included, with a continental selection, and the bread from the bakery next door was delicious. Two supermarkets and several bars and restaurants are on the same street. A large car park is 50 meters away and costs €2 for 24 hours. Loved this hotel, and the location was spot on.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel is in a very convenient spot. Breakfast is served at the table, and it's a good-quality continental one.

Alcala is a magical place, and this is one of the best sites in Spain. The bedrooms are modern, the restaurant is good, and the setting is wonderful. We'll be back soon.
