We had a wonderful, memorable week and will definitely come back. The staff were incredibly attentive, polite and friendly. I’d read reviews calling them rude, but we didn’t experience that at all. The hotel itself is beautiful, with striking architecture and interiors, well-kept gardens, and lots of pools. The huge saltwater infinity pool is especially breathtaking. Our room was spacious and lovely, and the bathroom felt luxurious with its two rain showers and jacuzzi. We ate wonderfully every time. There are plenty of restaurants, and the buffet dinner was high quality, with an overwhelming range of dishes and themes that changed each day. Every evening also had entertaining live entertainment.

The cockroaches in our room were the worst part. They walked over the cups and glasses, my makeup and clothes. It was disgusting. I reported it through the QR code and at reception, but they only offered a room change and upgrade after I emailed them three days later. I never asked for an upgrade. For what we paid, all we needed was not to spend three days living with cockroaches. I told the manager and asked for a refund for those days. They said they had no record of my request, which is convenient when guests are asked to scan a QR code for everything. At least they can’t deny the email. The natural setting is amazing, and the pools and gardens look fabulous and are very well maintained. The rooms are large, but outdated and in need of refurbishment. Breakfast has everything you could want, but the food quality is mediocre, not what I’d expect from a five star buffet. It was a disappointing stay. I wouldn’t recommend it and won’t return.

At Oasis restaurant, we always feel at home. The food is delicious, nicely presented and good value, and the welcoming atmosphere makes it a place I’d recommend. The service really stands out, especially Erika, Bea, and Javi, who are attentive to every detail. You can see the whole team’s care and professionalism. We’ll definitely be back 😊

Good management clearly helps everything run smoothly. We had a delicious meal at Restaurante Oasis, with impeccable service in a pleasant atmosphere where every detail seems carefully considered.
