It's a budget place, so the room, or apartment if you want to call it that, is simple, and reception closes at 7:00 PM. What matters to me is that it's clean, the bed is comfortable, and it's been quiet so far. I also appreciated the three candies left with the towels. I probably won't eat them, but the gesture shows they care about their guests.

My room wasn't ready at check-in, even though they charge extra if you want to arrive a little early. I complained, but had no Wi-Fi for my entire stay. There was only one cup and spoon, too. When I raised those issues, they said, “It's not within our standards, and they'll fix the problem for future guests.” Terrible service. I don't recommend it.

Poor value for money. The place is in a basement, with windows level with the sidewalk. The toilet was covered in hair, and the shower was clogged and didn't work properly. I wouldn't recommend it.

I can't recommend this accommodation at all. They offered no support when something unexpected happened. Even proof that I'd had an accident and surgery didn't get me a solution. From what I can see, this has happened before. Terrible service.

From the management to the furniture, the place is a disaster. I agree with the other negative reviews. It's a shame, and I hope they fix it.
