After I left a low Booking.com rating with no comment, they immediately began calling me from different numbers and sent a text threatening to come to my house. During my stay, my son's room was given to other people, and he was sent to a disgusting private house. The place was filthy and damp, just as others have described. They threaten and harass customers. Dangerous, violent people, so be very careful.

We booked the accommodation two weeks ahead and paid for double rooms, with two beds in each. Only after charging us did they say the house was occupied and that we'd be taken somewhere else. The replacement was a family apartment that had nothing to do with our booking. There were just two single beds for three people, cobwebs on the bedside tables, mold on the walls, and the regular tenant's clothes still in the closets. It felt like something from an Almodóvar film. I've filed a complaint and am still waiting for compensation. If feeling ripped off and cheated is what you want, this is the place.

The rooms were dirty, and the bathroom containers were filled with who knows what. I wouldn't recommend it. It felt like they were trying to fool you.

The floor was filthy and could at least have been swept. When I opened the bed, there was a tiny bug. I don't know what it was, but thankfully it wasn't a bed bug. It looked like a woodworm. The bed was also full of dust bunnies and hair, so I guess they hadn't even bothered to wash the sheets. There were little balls on the bed that I'm pretty sure were cockroach droppings, and I found more in the trash can. The other bed seemed clean, luckily, but after that I couldn't sleep peacefully. The room smelled bad too, maybe damp. It was awful.
