Villa Sofía Alcanar

The house has five or six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen-office, and a large living room, along with a patio, garden, and pool. It’s raised up, with steps through three entrances and an upper floor, so it isn’t suitable for wheelchair users. The insects were a real problem. Mosquitoes bit us, especially in the patio from afternoon into evening, and quite a few ended up drowned in the pool. Inside, we dealt with what may have been an ant nest around the wifi device, and saw cockroaches mostly in and around the bathrooms. We got rid of about ten. Cleanliness also needs work. It was noticeable on the curtains and in corners, and especially in the pool, where debris had built up on the bottom and the walls looked greenish. They need to improve a lot!

A special place with big houses and a pool, and it feels luxurious. If it fits your budget, it’s perfect.

Good spot, well-equipped house, and a pool. Everything was fine. I recommend it.
