A very good survey.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the hotel's café served a very good continental breakfast. It's a simple, welcoming place, well positioned for exploring La Mancha. My room was large and clean, with a modern bathroom and a good shower. For a 2-star hotel, it deserves a very good rating. I'd recommend it.

We felt right at home in the spacious, comfortable room, and the room service staff were very professional. We were there over the May bank holiday during the food festival, and had a fantastic stay. The hotel is handy for the city centre and shopping mall, with trains, buses and taxis easy to reach; parking is readily available nearby too. The service was excellent. It deserves a few more stars, and we'll be back. Keep up the good work. Best regards.

The breakfasts were a real highlight: good coffee, fresh juice, ham with tomato toast, delicious Alcázar cake, and those enormous grilled croissants. The hotel is modest and simple, but fantastic, quiet, welcoming and family-oriented, with a homely feel. It's very close to both the city centre and train station. Customer service was excellent, warm and friendly, as if they were expecting us. Rosalía, Diana, and Alejandra treated us very well. The rooms are spacious enough, and we slept wonderfully. I only wish there had been cups in the rooms, even cardboard or plastic ones.
