The mattress was rock hard, like boards, and the shower kept switching between hot and cold. Noise was the biggest problem, though. The walls are so thin you hear phone calls, toilets and people moving around next door. Their TV might as well be playing in my room. Breakfast was limited and disappointing, with no fresh coffee. This is nowhere near a 4-star standard. I'm here for work and can put up with it since I'm not paying, but I wouldn't stay here on my own dime.

The location is convenient, but for the price the stay was disappointing. They advertise a sauna, but it was switched off and guests aren't allowed to turn it on. The reception was busy checking people in, so there was no one to ask for help. Breakfast choices were extremely limited, and although there's a bar, proper coffee and cappuccino aren't included.

We were here on a business trip and the location worked well for us. But the room insulation is poor. I could hear the neighbors using the toilet, watching YouTube videos and snoring. If you can, pick somewhere else.

You can walk to several good restaurants and parks from this nice hotel. Breakfast is decent, and the bar is almost always open.

I stayed here for a few days and liked the food and pretty much everything. The service was great, and people were very courteous.
