Gerald made check-in easy and made me feel welcome. He was friendly, professional, and so helpful, a real asset to the hotel. My stay was relaxing and enjoyable, with clean, comfortable rooms and smooth service. I had a great time here and highly recommend it.

Our room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the whole place felt pleasant and relaxing. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout, and made us feel welcome. Everything seemed well organized, with care given to the details. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend the hotel and return.

8/10
The rooms were modern and cozy, the beds comfortable, and everything was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful too. The hotel is lovely, though the nearest metro is 1.1 km away, and the city centre is also far.

I forgot a valuable object in my room at checkout and returned a few hours later, but was told nothing had been left there. After I insisted, I waited an hour and had several discussions before getting it back. It was stolen, and the whole experience was really frustrating and unpleasant. You should be more careful about who you hire. Many thanks to the staff member who helped me recover it.

The room was cleaned well, which was the only thing they did well. In cold weather they didn't turn on the heater, and the staff were quite rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was inadequate, with very little variety for a longer stay. The price is high for the service. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel.
