B&B Hotel Madrid Alcorcón

A few things could be better: the shower had small mold marks in places, the bathroom had no toilet brush or bin liners, and floor cleaning in the room was inconsistent. The water sometimes smelled strongly of chlorine, and the shower drain could smell unpleasant if it hadn’t been used for a day. That seems to be a general Madrid issue, though, rather than something specific to this hotel. Street noise, hallway sounds, and the occasional pet noise could also be heard, although guests and their pets were mostly quiet. The hotel itself was generally calm. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. I liked the bedding, the roomy bathroom counter, the large window, and the lighting from several sources. Heating and air conditioning could be adjusted in the room. Body wash, shampoo, and hand soap were neutral and supplied in generous, practically unlimited amounts. Towels and sheets were always spotless and very good quality. The coffee machine and microwave in the foyer were available around the clock, which was handy, but they weren’t easy for wheelchair users to reach. The heavy room doors may also be difficult for guests with disabilities. Staff communication before and during the stay was excellent, and maintenance was on site. Anything that came up was fixed within minutes. Everyone was kind, professional, and helpful, from reception and housekeeping to maintenance. Lorenzo stood out in particular. He was consistently dedicated and took real care in sorting out any issue. I hope he gets the chance to manage a hotel someday. I was satisfied with the stay and would consider coming back.

We felt comfortable the whole time, and our room had everything we needed. The place was clean, quiet, and well equipped. We were welcomed warmly on arrival, and the staff made a lovely impression, especially one young woman who was incredibly friendly. A really good stay, and we’d happily recommend it.

A safe area, with the metro nearby and Aldi right across the street. The staff were helpful, and we had a perfect stay. We’ll definitely return.

The room and shower were both great, and breakfast was simple but nice. It’s a friendly hotel, and the staff were accommodating and really welcoming.
