Hotel Checkin La Princesa

The hotel had a quiet, family-friendly feel, and the staff were so welcoming that they treated us like family. It was unusually empty, probably because of the pandemic, and we hardly saw other guests. We often had the breakfast room to ourselves, which was nice, though we felt for the hotel and its staff. The restaurant was closed during our stay, so we ate out each day and got to try local dishes at small places nearby. Breakfast was very good, with quality products. There wasn't much variety in the fruit, but what was available was sweet and tasty. Our room was spacious, clean, and in great shape. Housekeeping was like clockwork, and it was tidy and spotless every time we returned. For a three-star place, Sercotel La Princesa feels more like four stars. It was quite hot when we visited, so we missed having a pool. I'd also have liked more suggestions for things to do around Alcorcón and Mósteles. Those are just a couple of things I'd personally have wanted.

The facilities were superb, and I really enjoyed spending time there. The receptionists were wonderful, welcoming, and very informative. It truly feels second to none.

It's listed as a three-star hotel, but it felt much better than that. The room was spacious and spotless, breakfast was really good, and the staff were fantastic.

The room had a card inviting guests to try room service, but no room service was available. No one mentioned that the hotel wouldn't be operating full service on the dates I was there. I only found out after I'd arrived.
