The whole hotel was kept immaculately clean and fresh, and our room was perfect in every way. The reception staff I dealt with, Silvia and Patrick, were efficient and professional, always smiling and ready to help. The restaurant staff were great too. Thank you for making the stay so enjoyable. One small issue: my wife brought several long dresses for dinner and the evenings, but the wardrobe only came halfway or three quarters down, with drawers at the bottom, so there was nowhere to hang them apart from a hook on the entrance wall opposite the bathroom. We hadn't brought coat hangers this time. Sorry.

Everything was perfect on our first trip to Alcocebre: the room, the food, and how kind the staff were. We've stayed at Servigroup hotels for many years, ever since I went with my parents as a child. I especially want to mention the entertainment from Raúl and Joan, who was on his first few days. Raúl is a star. He made us laugh, got us exercising, and played with our daughter. We'll definitely come back. Many thanks to the whole team.

The menus offered lots of variety and the food was good, and the children's entertainment was great. They had a wonderful time. As for the apartment, the sofas weren't very comfortable. The cleaning wasn't bad, but it could be more thorough, at least between one set of guests leaving and the next arriving.

We've come back several times over the past few years. The location is incredible, and the facilities and entertainment have been excellent. Reception staff are professional and polite, while the restaurant team work hard and know what they're doing. The staff and service have been excellent too.

The food was excellent, with plenty of options, and the hotel was spotless. Everyone on staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We had a fantastic stay at the Romana.
