We chose the premium suite and had a clean room, a very comfortable bed and a wonderful sea view from the large balcony. The day bed was a lovely extra. One thing to check before booking: the toilet and bathroom are in an open-plan room, which may not suit everyone. The staff were superb, polite and helpful. When our taxi was late for the trip back, one young man even offered to drive us to the airport. Breakfast was excellent. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, just right for a quiet escape. We only booked breakfast and are planning to return for another relaxing break next year.

We really fell for the balcony and its sea view, and also enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Breakfast and lunch at the restaurant were tasty, and the terrace was lovely. It's a beautiful little boutique hotel and a great place to switch off and relax. The staff were professional, friendly and attentive throughout. General manager Sebastian clearly works hard to make sure guests have a good stay. Felipe at reception gave us a warm welcome, explained the hotel in detail and was very helpful. The restaurant is open to people who aren't hotel guests too, which is convenient. Sergio managed it impeccably, and the food was delicious. We had starters and the black seafood paella, one of the best we've tried. Thanks to kitchen chief David and cook Irene. We had a wonderful stay and will be back, including for dinner at the restaurant.

The staff were friendly and knew their stuff. Rudi at reception and our favourite waiter, Juan Carlos, deserve a special mention. The location was great, the rooms clean and the food good.

We often come to Mallorca, but we won't stay at this hotel again. We booked a room listed as 25 m2, and the pictures looked very nice, but the corner room we got was not even 12 m2. It also had a 140 cm-wide bed instead of the large one shown in the pictures. We reported this at reception, but nothing was done and there was no service. The information was misleading.

A peaceful, quiet hotel and a pleasant stay. Everything was perfect, and we didn't have any problems with the hotel.
