Apartment Novi in Port d Alcudia

We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday at Bordoy Alcudia Port Suites, and we'll be back next year. Esperanza was the cherry on top, though the whole staff were kind and friendly. We also enjoyed short chats with the Hotel Director, and whenever we had a question, it was answered quickly and pleasantly. They helped us with renting a car too. Our room was beautiful and cleaned perfectly each day. We were welcomed so warmly, and both breakfast and dinner were fantastic.

Breakfast was outstanding, and the service was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a top spot, just 100m from Alap the bis stop, and a step from the beach, port and city. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The pool isn't big, but it's nice for a refresh. It can get a little loud there since it's next to the street.

The hotel is close to the port, beach and some great restaurants, and we loved its location. We had an amazing week at the Alcudia port suites hotel. The rooms are stunning and the hotel is clean, while the staff were attentive, polite and helpful. The food and drinks were very good, with lots of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. We used the spa and gym and found the facilities perfect. It was my partner's birthday during our stay, and we were surprised with a lovely bottle of champagne and a handwritten note for him. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back.

The mix of breakfast buffet and à la carte service gave it a luxurious, personal feel, and I rated both the breakfast and its service five stars. The reception team, notably Carmen, were excellent, as were the breakfast crew and pool attendants. The pool area is spacious, with plenty of loungers and fresh towels, and never felt crowded, a big plus. I spent nine days in a suite. Most of the hotel is stylish, and I would book again. The spa is on the small side, and the steam and salt sauna were out of action during my visit, which was disappointing, though not enough to stop me recommending it. The gym is small but just enough to get by. To be honest, I've stayed at four-star hotels with bigger and better gyms and spas. Some reviews question whether it deserves five stars, but for the staff and breakfast, I think it does.
