Iberostar Waves Ciudad Blanca

We had a good view from the room, but the toilet needed four or five flushes each time, and the next-door bell was annoyingly loud. Parking meant finding an on-street space on a first-come, first-served basis. With half board, every drink at buffet dinner was charged, while breakfast drinks were included. That makes no sense, and the term wasn’t even stated in the advert. The food didn’t seem fresh and was reheated the next day. The potatoes had a strange sour taste, even though they’re a cheap food. This Iberostar hotels should be avoided.

There was so much delicious food, and the hotel facilities, staff and animation program were all great. The afternoon bingo, mixed drinks, kids’ programs and exciting evening shows meant there was always something going on. A big thank you to Nicolay and Andrey for giving us an amazing week that made it hard to return to everyday life. I’m sure our nine-month-old daughter would thank you too. Thank you.

The young people looking after the small kids in the monkey group deserve special praise. My son is shy and soft-spoken, but he loved every second with them. They included him and made him feel special. They do a fantastic job, and they’re the main reason we might come back to this hotel. Everything here is 10/10, but the kids’ team goes above and beyond to make the holiday a great one for children.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and we could refill from the water filters whenever we wanted. The beach is right in front, and there’s also an adults-only pool. The buffet had a huge range, with Mexican, Japanese, Spanish and Chinese nights during our stay.
