The apartments were spacious, the hotel is in a beautiful central spot, and the bathrooms have bathtubs. The pool is large and nice, though cold. There were plenty of loungers during our stay in the last week of May and first week of June. The toilet leaked most of the time. We also found ants in the kitchen and on the fifth-floor balcony, which was a surprise, so I bought spray. The kitchen was fairly well equipped, but the hotplate markings had worn off and we had to figure out how best to use them. The slow coffee maker was better than nothing, while the microwave was of limited use without instructions. Noise was a big issue. Nearby homes were doing gardening and maintenance with petrol tools, angle grinders and other loud equipment, and we had to leave the balcony a few times. The apartments above reception seemed worst affected. There was also nearby roadwork and a detour close to the hotel. Maybe it would be quieter later in summer, and perhaps the noise made us dwell more on other negatives than usual. We’d missed having a washing machine, and the towels had stains even though they were clean. The TV was extremely small and we didn’t use it; the toaster occasionally knocked out the power. We might give the hotel another chance if we return to Alcudia at another time, but would try to get an apartment not ending in 10 to 15.

The terrace was cozy, with relaxing music for sitting in the sun, and the receptionist really made our holiday. The staff were smiley, and the rooms were fresh, really nice and clean. Superb apartments, highly recommended.

It’s a nice place, close to the shops, with easy access to alcudia and free parking. But there were ants in the apartment, and the air conditioning was poor. It looks like the toilet is leaking from behind, and the sofa pillows are scratchy.

It’s quiet in the evenings, being in a residential area, and the location is okay, about a ten-minute walk from the nearest shops. The room was a decent size, but there’s no washing machine. Cleaning isn’t done on some days, towels are changed every other day, and extra towels cost more. The beds look like hospital beds but are comfortable. Even using the safe comes with an extra charge. Power outlets aren’t beside the bed, they’re farther away, including behind the door and across the room. The TV is tiny, around 21 or 24 inches, with local and some British channels. The restaurant isn’t really a restaurant. The food was edible but not worth the price, and breakfast seemed nonexistent. Even the restaurant staff didn’t know whether they served it or were open. Staff generally seemed uninterested, and often didn’t say hello or acknowledge us when we passed several times a day. The pool wasn’t warm. There’s potential here, but it needs some work and better customer service.
