Palm Garden Apartments

The rooms are basic, but very clean and have everything you need for self catering. You could upgrade to a bigger one, I suppose. We had just one issue: the bathroom floor got soaked when we showered. It's a peaceful place in an ideal spot for the bars and restaurants, and a brilliant beach is only two minutes away. Would definitely recommend it.

The pool area was chaotic, too small for the number of people using it, and there was no chance to enjoy the water without a child potentially diving onto your head while their parents encouraged them. Getting a pool chair turned into drama every day. People put towels on every chair by 8, when breakfast opens, and there should be a better way to reserve one than having to get up then. I asked the lifeguard, and he just left someone without a chair. People got angry and made a scene. It wasn't relaxing, more like a jungle. The room was old and everything looked patched up or as if it was falling apart. The water basin mixer was included in that. Paint had scraped off the walls and the headrest was scraped off too. The AC worked but didn't do much, and it was hard to breathe at night. When we arrived, the room hadn't been cleaned properly: there was sand on the floor and water on the toilet floor, the soap and conditioner were empty, and two towels were stained and smelled unfresh. By far the dirtiest hotel I've ever been to. The pictures when we booked made me expect somewhere more organized and civilized. There's a lot of room to improve the cleaning, organization, overall experience and possibly food. It's a jungle where you pay to fight to have a good time, and even then it's not guaranteed. I'm very disappointed, and management still hasn't answered or offered a solution.

We're having a nice stay, and Sena the manager has been very helpful throughout. She was strict about masks. My children don't like wearing them, but after she explained it to us, we understood. We'll come back someday.

Really good value for the price, with super friendly staff, clean rooms and plenty of meal options. The beach is only a couple of minutes away, which is handy. And Gina, you rock! Keep up the good work :)
